Overview
The Terrace is an eight-storey mixed-use development in the heart of Christchurch's CBD.
Delivered in partnership with Mitchell Property Group, the project involved complex basement carparking, seismically-rated core construction, and high-spec commercial and hospitality fit-out across all levels.
Our team managed the full scope from resource consent through to handover — coordinating 14 subcontractors across an 18-month programme. The build was completed three weeks ahead of schedule and 2% under the contracted budget.
